European Footvolley Championship, Croyde, Devon June 17-19 2006 |

For the first ever time in the UK, the first leg of the 2006 European Footvolley Championship (www.efvf.com) took place on the 17th & 18th June in Croyde Bay, Devon. Top teams from France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland all flew over to compete.
As part of the GoldCoast Oceanfest, the South West’s largest annual beach sports and music festival, more than 10,000 visitors watched the weekend of sport and music in one of England’s most picturesque beaches. Events included beach football, beach volleyball, surfing, BMX, aquathon and surski.
