As well as the official team (David Donkin & Gary Titley) we also took football legends John Barnes and Niall Quinn to take part in VIP matches at this World Championship event. They showed off their skills in a series of matches every day in front of delighted Thai crowds, culminating in a match against Thai celebrities broadcast live on UBC on Saturday afternoon, shortly before the final.

In the final, Marcelo and Odilon from Brazil beat Sergio and Ricardo from Spain to maintain Brazil's unbeated record in all international competitions. England beat Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia, but lost to Thailand, Holland and USA.
